Lake Tahoe Weddings....favorite sites continued (in no paricular order)

* Fallen Leaf Lake waterfall, Fallen Leaf Lake and Fallen Leaf Chapel.  Surreal.  So perfect and beautiful.  Words can not describe.
* Sand Harbor: perfectly clear water, beatutiful. breathtaking. OMG just wonderful.  Difficult to find parking but it can be done.  Best bet might be to pull into the park.
* Eagle Falls (at sunrise), then you can also drive up the road a bit.  To your right you will see a pull-out, parking lot.  Park.
*Climb the rocks just past Eagle Falls for amazing views of Emerald Bay.  Every color of blue and gree is seen here.  Just as beautiful in the winter as the summer.
* The top of Heavenly (yes, weddings happen there too!)
* Kiva Beach: It's located just north of Camp Richardson. Turn right at the Forest Service Visitor Center turnoff and follow the road past the Visitor's Center (this is also the parking for the stream profile chamber) to the beach parking lot. There is a short walk to the beach, but the parking is free. The beach itself is a huge flat sandy plain that lies at the mouth of Taylor Creek. The water, however, is a bit rocky until you get a little ways out. You can go out a long way, though. There are fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, especially Mount Tallac. Mid summer, like in other parts of South Lake Tahoe, you will find large blooms of Blue Pod Lupine among other wildflowers.
*Edgewood Golf Course, Nevada
*Angora Lake: near Fallen Leaf Lake
*Lily Lake: aboue Fallen Leaf Lak
*Spooner Lake (at the 50/28 cutoff in Nevada near South Lake Tahoe, California)
*Pine forest, Pioneer Trail, near Hwy 50 intersection, south end.
*Hope Valley, anytime, but especially in the fall or early spring
